Q1: Are you a manufacturer ?
A: Yes, we have two production bases located in Anhui and Jiangsu which produce paper products and compostable products separately. Welcome to visit us.
Q2: Are your products safe for food contact ?
A: Our material is 100% food grade raw materials. We got ISO , FDA , LFGB, SGS, FSC etc.
Q3:What is your MOQ ?
A: Existing common goods are shipped in 50 cartons, and customization needs to be negotiated.
Q4:How do you charge for samples ?
A:The existing samples are free but you need pay for the shipping fee; For custom samples we will charge the plate fee.
Q5: How many days can I get samples ?
A: Within one week after artwork confirmation , the samples can be mailed out .
Q6:Do you accept customized orders ?
A: Yes, of course, we can provide OEM , and ODM as well. Please kindly offer us your samples or drawing so that we can customize it as your requirements.
Q7: Can I track the production batch of my cups/bowls?
Yes, we offer the option to print a batch code on the bottom of your cups or on the cartons upon your request. This allows for easy tracing back through the manufacturing process, enhancing quality control.
Q8:What are the payment options and terms?
A: 30% T/T advance payment, balance to be paid on the sight of Bill of Landing or Irrevocable L/C at sight.
Q9:What’s the lead time for bulk order?
A: Normally, 20-25days for cups/bowls without printing, for custom goods, our lead time is 25-30days.
